Come out and ring in the New Year with us at the Round Up in Tampa, Fla. on Jan. 06, 2012.

As usual, there will plenty of drink specials and other fun to be had, not to mention we need you there to get 2012 off to a terrific start!!

If you have never been to this bar before, rest assured that the majority of fellow Deaf-Tampa Bay members chose this location in our recent poll. Since they gave it two thumbs up, it should be fun, right?!

As a new rule, we will post the poll for the upcoming month's DPHH location on the 15th of each month on our facebook page and let people vote until the 23rd. We will also rotate the poll options monthly between Tampa, St.Petersburg and Clearwater to cover the entire Tampa Bay area fairly. In other words, we will feature 5 different choices for bars or clubs in one of the 3 cities per month.

Happy New Year to all of you! We are looking forward to 2011 along with you all too!

This year in 2011 will be different for DPHH committee and you all. This year from February until December, we are going to give you the opportunity to name the location for Happy Hours every month in three rotating cities: Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg. The happy Hour will always happen on First Friday of Month no matter what.

How this will work:

1) You show up at the Happy Hour this Friday, January 7th at The Pub.
2) Find a committee representative at Happy Hour and give the bar name of locations for three cities.
3) Most name repeated by the crowd will be selected for that city
4) We will announce via facebook, email, and our website, http://tampabaydphh.blogspot.com.

If you can't find us at the Pub this Friday, you can email us at tampabaydphh@gmail.com with bar names.

Come out to The Pub at International Plaza in Tampa, FL. It's close to the airport. Share your holidays stories with your friends that you haven't seen over the holidays. What a great place to share stories in a British Pub. They do have cocktail drinks and beers. Great thing about this bar, you can even pour your own beer! Also, they have excellent food choices, and most of them are simliar to what you eat in British or Europe.

TBDPHH – moved to the 3rd weekend of February for Deaf Expo Nation

This ain’t no ordinary bowling alley! Summer just ain't summer without a little baseball...

Come cheer our 1ST-PLACE Rays this Friday August 1st! After the game, we'll have a smashing DPHH at the famous Ferg's Sports Bar next to Tropicana Field! The Rays are a lot like the Tampa Bay DPHH....at first nobody knew if either would succeed. Then everything came together, and we've been humming to the top since! Come celebrate our homegrown success with wings & pitchers together!

What an amazing turnout for April's DPHH in downtown Dunedin! With a large DeafNation show 120 miles away in Orlando at the same time, we weren't sure how many would attend. We shouldn't have worried - over 90 locals showed up, including many new faces from Lakeland and New Port Richey!

Ready for your next fun Tampa Bay DPHH?!?! Come join the fun in beautiful quaint downtown Dunedin... Watch the sunset by the marina, then walk over for the fun! =)

We're gathering at Kelly's Chic-A-Boom Room in Dunedin on Friday, April 4th from 7PM-2AM. Nice funky lounge with two bars; one's inside with air-conditioning (pictured) the other is a large outdoor bar with tiki lights under a huge jungle canopy!

Are you all ready for the next super TBDPHH!?! Due to the large crowds expected, we've moved March's location to an even bigger and better bar in downtown St. Pete. Believe it or not, it's also the OLDEST bar in St. Pete too! Welcome to The Garden Bar & Cafe, with two bars and plenty of indoor & outdoor areas to mingle and enjoy the night together with friends.

Food and tapas are served late into the evening; drinks are available until 1:30AM, and The Garden closes at 2AM. Dress to impress! We love sexy outfits for the cameras... Let's make this a night to remember!

Welcome to Tampa Bay DPHH as we kick off our first event at MacDinton's Irish Pub in South Tampa's SoHo district Friday, January 4th!

We'll be there 7PM-3AM, come get your fill of Guinness and Bushmill's with everyone! Dress code is flexible and casual, or show up in jeans and your best fun shirt. =)

Check out MacDinton's at www.macdintons.com - there are outdoor and indoor patios, and several bar areas to choose from. Use street parking or valet parking in the area, and the address is:
